Jill Arena & Kristin Bunch

Jill Arena is an experienced speaker on the topics of finance for medical groups and physicians, leading change and financial health in changing times. She has presented to audiences throughout the country, from managers and administrators to physicians and medical group C-Suite executives. She is a co-founder and faculty member for a year-long physician leadership development program, The Physician Leadership Project. She is also the author of Physician, Heal Thy Financial Self. Her engaging style and practical advice consistently earn her high marks with her audiences. Kristin brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience to the team, having worked across a wide range of practice environments. Her background includes Revenue Cycle Management, Case Management, and Emergency Medicine Administration, allowing her to bring a well-rounded perspective to her role. Driven by a passion for continuous growth, Kristin began focusing on contracting and credentialing five years ago and has since developed deep expertise in this area. She is now the Director of the Contracting and Credentialing Department, where she is dedicated to helping practices achieve the highest reimbursement possible. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys reading, hiking, baking, and spending quality time with her husband and daughter.
